SINICH CO S. A. DE C. V. offers a complete range of sports betting products.

The following terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) govern the use of all SINICH CO S. A. DE C. V.

online products and services. They are issued in conjunction with the “Specific Rules”, which are the specific contracting rules in relation to the different products and markets that we offer. Any reference to “TERMS AND CONDITIONS”, THEREFORE, IS DEEMED TO INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING SPECIFIC TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND RULES. To the extent there is any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and any of the Specific Rules or the privacy policy or any other document referred to herein, then the following Terms and Conditions shall prevail.

Applicability

YOU SHOULD READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS BEFORE REGISTERING WITH US.

Each customer (“Customer”, “User” or “you”) is deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions by checking the box on the registration form and clicking “OPEN ACCOUNT”. By accepting these Terms and Conditions and/or by continued use of our Website, the Customer is bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions. However, we will use all reasonable efforts to ensure that any material changes to these Terms and Conditions will be notified to the Customer through a prominent notice in these Terms and Conditions.

It is the Сustomer's responsibility to periodically review the Terms and Conditions to ensure that they continue to agree with them and Сustomers are advised to check these Terms and Conditions when using the Website. Your use of our Website will be deemed to be your acceptance of the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy and any changes thereto. Any bet or bets received (but not settled) before the time of amendment of the Terms and Conditions will be subject to the pre-existing terms and conditions. If you do not accept the amendments to our Terms and Conditions, you must refrain from using our products and services, such use will be subject to the modified terms and conditions. These Terms and Conditions replace all previous Terms and Conditions.

Please read our Privacy Policy carefully, which describes how we treat and protect your personal information and by accepting these Terms and Conditions, you also acknowledge and agree to the policy. You will note that when you register you will be asked to indicate on the registration form whether you consent to receive marketing information, whether from us, our partners or selected third parties. Definitions

The following words and terms, when used in this Terms and Conditions, shall have the following meanings, unless the context clearly indicates otherwise:

Other Services: Services provided on the Website or through the use of the Software, such as exclusive access to live sporting event broadcasts, secure payment methods, access to exclusive rewards, access to VIP programs, exclusive access to results, data and statistics of sporting events, exclusive access to news about sporting events, personalized assistance in the use of the Software and Website, among others.

Earnings: All earnings obtained by the owner of a User Account at https://www.crasher.mx/;

Withdrawals: Any transfer of funds from your User Account to yourself, either directly or through a Payment Provider.

1. You and your Capacity

1.1 As a condition of opening an account with us, and using any products or other services provided by us, you represent and warrant to us that you are of legal age (18); or the age at which gambling activities are legal under the law of your jurisdiction, whichever is older, and you have the mental capacity to take responsibility for your own actions and you can enter into a legally binding agreement with us. You are reminded that it may be an offense for you to participate in the game if you are under 18 years of age.

1.2 It is your responsibility to ensure compliance with any applicable local or national laws before registering with us and/or before dealing with us.

1.3 We accept no liability for failure to comply with applicable local or national laws. You acknowledge that there may be specific laws in your country, place of residence or the location where your bet(s) are placed, where betting and/or gambling (collectively, “gambling”) is prohibited. You warrant to us that you will not access our Website from a jurisdiction that prohibits such gambling. 1.4 You agree that the use of our Website, while you are within the United States (its territories and dependencies) and any other jurisdiction in which it is illegal to use our Website or from which we have restricted access to our Website is strictly prohibited and no profits will be paid to you in connection with any products or services used while you are located within the United States or any other jurisdiction. We have the right to cancel your account and refuse any and all current or future bets or play if we suspect or know that you have played on our Website while you are located within the United States or any other jurisdiction where it is illegal use our Website or from where we have restricted your access.

1.5 You understand that by using our products and services you may lose money and you accept full responsibility for any such losses.

1.6 Customers are not required to participate in any of our products or services, and such participation if chosen by a Customer is at their sole discretion and risk. The use of any software (whether obtained electronically or by other means) on our Website is void if it is counterfeit, forged, altered or manipulated in any way if illegally, mechanically or electronically reproduced, obtained outside of authorized channels or if it contains printing, production, typographical, mechanical, electronic or other errors. Winnings will not be paid if we have reasonable suspicion to believe that such activity has occurred. Errors due to hardware or computer connection to the Internet are the sole responsibility of the Customer.

1.7 It is your responsibility to ensure that you understand the specific rules and procedures of the games before participating in such games.

1.8 You may not transfer, for any reason, your rights under this Terms and Conditions without our prior written consent, which may be given at our sole discretion.

1.9 It is your responsibility to inform us of any changes to your registration details.

1.10 For the avoidance of doubt, it is clarified that any use by you of the services of a payment provider shall be subject to the Terms and Conditions of use prescribed by such payment provider. This, however, does not prejudice your obligations to us under these Terms and Conditions.

1.11 You will not commit any act or engage in any conduct that is or could reasonably be expected to harm our reputation or the reputation of the software provider or any other related service provider.

1.12 You will indemnify and hold harmless our officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors and suppliers (including without limitation the Software Provider) from and against any and all losses, costs, expenses, claims, demands, liabilities incurred by you, damages (including legal fees), regardless of cause, that may arise as a result of connection to the access and use of the Website, the sports betting products or the Software by you or any other person using your username and password; or your breach of any of the terms and provisions of these Terms and Conditions.

1.13 You hereby represent and warrant to us that:

1.13.1 You are acting on your own behalf;

1.13.2 You are not classified as a compulsive gambler;

1.13.3 You are not depositing funds from criminal and/or illegal and/or unauthorized activities;

1.13.4 You do not otherwise conduct criminal or illegal activities nor/or intend to use your account in connection with such activities; you do not use or intend to use or intend to allow any other person to use your account for any illegal or prohibited purpose, including, but not limited to, fraud or money laundering, under any law, including without limitation the laws of your jurisdiction and the laws that apply to us;

1.13.5 The debit/credit card details you provided to us in the registration process are those of the account holder and the card has not been reported lost or stolen;

1.13.6 You are not one of our officers, directors, employees, consultants or agents, or of any of our affiliated or subsidiary companies, or suppliers or vendors, and you are not related to any of them (for the purposes of this clause, the term “relative” means spouse, partner, parent, child or sibling); in the event that you do not comply with this restriction, one of the actions that will be taken against you is that you will not be entitled to any of your winnings;

1.13.7 You have not previously had a user account with us or any other online sports betting operator that was suspended or terminated either by us or by such other online sports betting operator, and you have not in the past rejected debiting of funds through any player account; and

1.13.8 When opening your account, you will not provide us with any information or make any statement that is untrue, false, incorrect, incomplete or misleading.

2. Software Use License

We grant you a non-exclusive, personal, non-transferable right to use the Software, as well as to receive other services provided on the Website or through the use of the Software, in accordance with the following provisions.

2.1 This license applies only to the Object Code of the Software (i.e. the compiled, assembled or machine-executable version of the Software) and does not grant you any rights of any kind in respect to the source code of the Software.

2.2 This license does not apply to certain territories identified in the following paragraph, of which YOU MUST NOT BE A RESIDENT AND FROM WHICH YOU ARE NOT PERMITTED TO ACCESS OR USE THE ONLINE SPORTS BETTING AND/OR THE WEBSITE AND/OR OR THE SOFTWARE, OR TO MAKE ANY DEPOSIT OR RECEIVE ANY WITHDRAWAL. This list may be modified by us from time to time AND IT IS YOUR OBLIGATION TO REGULARLY CONSULT AND REVIEW THIS TERMS AND CONDITIONSON OUR WEBSITE REGARDING ANY CHANGES TO THIS LIST.

2.3 You are not permitted and will not allow or assist others to:

2.3.1 Install or upload the Software on a server or other network device or take other measures to make the Software available to any other person through any form of bulletin board, online service, application services or service providers, remote calling, Internet service provider, time-sharing agreements, outsourcing services or office services;

2.3.2 Sublicense, assign, rent, lease, lend, transfer or copy the Software or your license to use the Software, or make or distribute copies of the Software;

2.3.3 translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, adapt, modify, create derivative works from, or modify the Software;

2.3.4 Copy or translate any user documentation provided online or in electronic format; either

2.3.5 Enter, access or attempt to enter or access, or otherwise circumvent the applicable security system or interfere in any way (including, but not limited to, robots and similar devices) with the European Sports Online or the Website, or attempt to make any changes to the Software and/or any features or components thereof.

2.3.6 You do not own the Software. The Software is the exclusive property of the licensor, a third-party software provider company (hereinafter, the “Software Provider”). The software and accompanying documentation licensed to us are proprietary products of the Software Provider and protected throughout the world by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Your use of the Software does not give you ownership of any intellectual property rights in the Software or any other rights in or with respect to the Software, except as the right to use the Software is expressly provided in this Terms and Conditions. This Terms and Conditions shall apply exclusively to the grant of a license to use the Software.

2.3.7 THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY, CONDITION, UNDERTAKING OR REPRESENTATION, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, STATUTORY OR OTHERWISE. WE AND THE SOFTWARE SUPPLIER, AND ALL OUR AFFILIATES AND RELATED PARTIES, HEREBY WAIVE ALL WARRANTIES, CONDITIONS, AND GUARANTEES (INCLUDING ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, SATISFACTORY QUALITY FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE), AND MAKE NO WARRANTY THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL MEET THE REQUIREMENTS.

2.3.8 NEITHER WE NOR THE SOFTWARE SUPPLIER, NOR ANY OF THEIR AFFILIATES AND RELATED PARTIES, WARRANT (1) THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL BE NON-INFRINGING, (2) THAT THE OPERATION OF THE SOFTWARE WILL BE FREE FROM ERRORS OR INTERRUPTIONS, (3) THAT ANY DEFECTS IN THE SOFTWARE WILL BE CORRECTED, (4) THAT THE SOFTWARE OR SERVERS ARE FREE OF VIRUSES AND DEFECTS, OR (5) THE PRIVACY, SECURITY, AUTHENTICITY AND NON-CORRUPTION OF ANY INFORMATION TRANSMITTED THROUGH OR STORED ON ANY SYSTEM CONNECTED TO THE INTERNET.

2.3.9 NEITHER WE NOR THE SOFTWARE SUPPLIER, NOR ANY OF OUR AFFILIATES AND RELATED PARTIES WILL BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY COSTS, EXPENSES, LOSSES OR CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RESULTING FROM COMMUNICATIONS OR SYSTEM ERRORS IN CONNECTION WITH THE ACCOUNT ESTABLISHMENT OR OTHER FEATURES OR COMPONENTS OF THE SOFTWARE. IN THE EVENT OF SUCH ERRORS, WE WILL ALSO HAVE THE RIGHT, BUT NOT THE OBLIGATION, TO REMOVE ALL GAMES, RELEVANT SPORTS EVENTS, RESULTS, ODDS, BET TYPES AND PARTICIPATIONS FROM THE SOFTWARE AND THE WEBSITE AND TAKE ANY STEPS TO CORRECT SUCH ERRORS.

2.3.10 We provide various services through the Website and the use of the Software and each of them may be charged separately.

2.8 The Software may include confidential information, which is secret and valuable to the Software Provider and/or us. You have no right to use or disclose such confidential information other than strictly in accordance with the terms of this Terms and Conditions.

3. Open an Account

3.1 To access our products and other services, you must open a deposit account. Customers can bet up to the amount deposited in their User Account , we do not operate credit accounts. Funds deposited into your account will not entitle you to any interest that we are entitled to retain. We do not hold Customers’ resources separately from our company funds and we are not subject to specific fiduciary arrangements.

3.2 Only one account per person is allowed. We reserve the right to close duplicate accounts or any accounts suspected to be related, and to void any bets placed on duplicate accounts or any accounts suspected to be related.

3.3 By opening an account with us, you will be able to use the Website. By accepting these Terms and Conditions, you also agree to the terms and conditions posted on the Website (which may include specific rules to which you must be bound and consent to the transfer of funds from your account so that you can participate in other products and the services we offer to the extent you wish to do so). When you subsequently choose to use our additional products and services, it means that you accept the specific rules applicable to the relevant bets or gaming product.

4. Credit Control and Age Verification

4.1 When deciding whether to accept your registration, we may supply the information you have given us to authorized credit reference agencies to confirm your identity and card details. They will check any details we disclose to them against the databases (public or private) to which they have access, and will keep a record of such verification. You agree that we may process, use, record and disclose the personal information that you provide in connection with your registration, and that such personal data may be recorded by us or them. For your protection, telephone calls to customer services may be recorded and monitored.

4.2 We will not open an account unless we believe, acting reasonably, that you are 18 years of age or older. We have the right to verify any information you give us when you open an account to ensure that you are over 18 years of age and we may request that you provide us with proof that you are over 18 years of age. You will not be able to withdraw your winnings until our verification process has been satisfactorily completed. 4.3 We will have the right to inform the relevant authorities, other online sports betting operators, other online service providers and banks, credit card companies, electronic payment providers or other financial institutions of your identity and of any illegal, fraudulent activity or undue suspicion, and you will fully cooperate with us to investigate any activity.

5. Username, Password, PIN and Customer

5.1 When opening an account, Customers choose a username and password which is used to access their account. These must be kept safe. Customers may change their password at any time in User Account .

5.2 Customers are responsible for the confidentiality of their username and password. Bets placed by third parties aware of these details will be considered valid.

5.3 It is your responsibility to ensure that all information supplied to us by you is correct and up to date, and remains so. We are entitled to assume that it is and are not liable to you for any errors or omissions to the extent that you fail to update this information.

5.4 You will not allow any other person or third party (including, without limitation, any minor to use your account or accept any prize on your behalf. If you believe that your account may be accessed by a minor we ask that you be vigilant, keep your password secure and contact us to request information about filtering software that will be compatible with the Website.

6. Deposits and Withdrawals

6.1 We offer different methods to make a deposit or withdrawal in the national currency ..

6.2 When opening an account with a debit or credit card, you must ensure that you use your own card. We have the right to assume that you do.

6.3 As well as any other verification process we may undertake, any account holder depositing debit and credit cards may be required to submit additional evidence of their identity to assist in age verification before making their first withdrawal. We refer you to section 4 of these Terms and Conditions which explains more about General age verification. While these additional checks are not generally required for credit card users, we reserve the right to request such documentation before processing a withdrawal, circumstances should dictate. Therefore, we reserve the right to request specific proof of identity in the form of, including but not limited to passport number, photocopy of a valid ID document, utility bill or the header of a statement of the recent card.

6.4 All requested documents must be mailed, scanned, mailed or faxed to us at the address and numbers provided on the 24/7 support page. In the event that a sum is erroneously credited to your account, we will be entitled to make the appropriate adjustment accordingly.

6.5 If any sums are successfully credited to your account, you are required to notify the Company, and the Company is entitled to the reversal of such credits and/or recover the sums from you (with interest) if you withdraw. If you use improperly paid sums to place bets, the Company may void (i.e. cancel) all such bets and reverse any winnings.

6.6 Customers may withdraw funds from their account at any time provided the delivery of all payments has been confirmed and our identification procedures have been satisfied.

6.7 When you earn using our products or services, you may be legally required to report to the relevant tax authorities. This remains your responsibility and we are not required to report to any authority for any of your personal taxes. You will indemnify and reimburse us for any costs, expenses or losses which may be caused to us as a result of any claim or demand made by any governmental or other authority, in respect of tax withholding obligations or similar obligations to which you may be subject in relation to the processing of your withdrawal requests.

6.8 We do not charge for deposits by bank transfer, debit or credit cards although Customers should note that some credit card companies categorize betting transactions as “cash” and may charge a fixed interest charge and /or from the date of payment.

6.9 Withdrawals by bank transfer to international bank accounts (deposits and withdrawals) may have bank charges, which may vary according to the amount of money transferred and are met by the Customer.

6.10 We reserve the right to charge a reasonable fee on any currency exchanges that take place where, in our opinion, an adequate level of play has not occurred so that it is considered that the Customer should abuse exchange rate fluctuations.

6.11 You agree that we will have the right to withhold any withdrawal, in the event that we believe or suspect that you may be involved or have been involved in fraudulent, collusive, illegal activities, irregular betting or if we are concerned about the operation of the user's account or the withdrawal request. In such cases, we may commence and/or participate and/or assist in any investigation into such circumstances, and you agree to assist and cooperate with any investigation.

6.12 We will try to accommodate your request regarding the payment method and currency of payment for your withdrawal. This, however, cannot be guaranteed. Therefore, we may proceed to pay your Withdrawals with a different payment method than the one requested by you, such as through different payment providers, a bank draft or bank transfer. Likewise, in some cases, the currency of your withdrawal may not be the currency in which your deposit was made or otherwise requested by you.

6.13 At the moment the maximum amounts to withdraware determined by the Company independently.

Company reserves the right to change withdrawal limits and times in accordance with the terms specified in clause 6.11

6.14 You agree that financial transactions on the account will be handled by us directly or through a payment provider or other third party.

6.15 Deposits and withdrawals may be transferred from us to you and vice versa, either directly or through a payment provider chosen by you (subject, however, to clause 6.11 below).

6.16 We do not guarantee that there will be no delay in processing or receiving deposits or withdrawals.

6.17 You acknowledge and agree that your account is not a bank account and is therefore not insured, guaranteed, sponsored or otherwise protected by any deposit or banking insurance scheme or any other similar insurance scheme of any other jurisdiction, including, but not limited to your local jurisdiction.

6.18 We will have the right to determine the minimum and maximum amounts to be deposited into your account, at our discretion.

6.19 We will have the right to determine whether the funds that you have requested to be credited to your account are available, after receiving confirmation acceptable to us from the relevant Payment Provider in accordance with the approval procedures of such Payment Provider for such transactions to have been reconciled and approved. Only when your Deposits have been reconciled and approved to our satisfaction by the applicable payment provider will your account be credited with the funds, unless otherwise indicated.

6.20 You acknowledge that you may, from time to time, upon our request, be required to provide additional details in respect of deposits made by you.

6.21 Any bet placed by you will be treated by us as authorization to deduct from your account. Provided that your account balance at the time the bet is placed is greater than or equal to the amount at stake, we will deduct the bet amount from your account.

You agree that your user account will be charged for all services received through the Website or through the use of the Software.

6.22 In order to use the Services, you must deposit funds into your User account from a bank account or source that you own. You can then use these funds to place bets or play games. More information on how to deposit, withdraw and transfer funds can be found on the Deposits page in the Help section of the Website. In the event that you use a payment method that you are not the owner of, we reserve the right to invalidate any deposit that has been made to the account (as well as to cancel any profit obtained using said deposit), until we have completed the payment Of the relevant checks successfully.

6.23 Your account will be immediately credited with the amount of any winnings earned by you.

7. Freezing and Closing an Account

7.1 In certain circumstances you may need to freeze funds in your account so that such resources will not be available for you to play. We will do so when we have reason to believe that your account may be being used for fraudulent purposes, such as money laundering or in a manner that jeopardizes the integrity of the sports or events on which we offer betting markets. Until our investigations have been completed and until we are satisfied that the cause of our concerns no longer exists, you may continue to freeze your account or choose to cancel it. We may also freeze or close your account at our discretion if we believe that you are involved in collusion, match-fixing or cheating of any kind or if we have reason to believe that you are under 18 years of age or in a jurisdiction (or citizen of a jurisdiction) that makes the provision of our products or services to you or your use of them unlawful. In that case we reserve the right to provide such customer data and transaction history to any competent authority in order to assist with a proper investigation.

7.2 We reserve the right to close a Customer's account at any time. We will give you reasonable notice before doing so, unless circumstances mean that legally or practically we cannot do so.

7.3 Customers have the right to close an account at any time, provided that their account does not show a debt owed to us. Customers must indicate their desire to close an account using our 24/7 support section.

7.4 In this case, the Customer must send himself his account balance in accordance with the rest of the provisions of article 6. If the Customer has placed bets, and the result is still unknown and the result is a winner, the corresponding amounts will be sent later when the bet is completed.

7.5 It has been agreed by the Customer that the debiting of new deposited funds will be considered a breach of this Terms and Conditions and entitles us to close your account and terminate our relationship.

8. Inactive Accounts

8.1 If you have not accessed your account or are otherwise not accessed for a continuous period of one hundred eighty (180) days during the “grace period” your account will be considered inactive. Likewise, if we have frozen the account for the reasons set out in the previous section for such a period, it will be considered inactive.

8.2 Once your account becomes inactive we will be entitled to charge a maintenance fee (inactive account fee). We may deduct an amount up to the inactive account fee from your account balance beginning on the last day of the grace period, and every thirty (30) days thereafter in accordance with the Inactive Account Fee Schedule. If We continue to consider Your account inactive for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months, for the purpose of protecting Your money, we may retain any remaining money in Your account and close Your Account. You can contact us to request any amount of money held at any time.

8.3 We will stop deducting the maintenance fee for an inactive account if your account is reactivated by placing any bet or if your account is requested to be closed in accordance with point 7.3 of these terms and conditions.

8.4 Inactive account charge is $100MXN.

8.5 All rates and charges are subject to change.

9.1 You acknowledge and understand that separate terms and conditions regarding promotions, bonuses and special offers are in addition to this Terms and Conditions. These terms and conditions are set out on our welcome bonus page and promotions page, or have been delivered to you personally as the case may be. In the event of a conflict between the provisions of such promotions, bonuses and special offers and the provisions of this Terms and Conditions, the provisions of such promotions, bonuses and special offers shall take precedence.

9.2 We reserve the right to insist that Customers wager their deposit amount before they can wager with the bonus credit we have credited to them.

9.3 Certain promotions may be subject to suspension and/or cancellation, and may only be available for specific periods under certain specific conditions. You must ensure that the promotion you are interested in is available, that you are eligible and that you understand all terms that apply to you.

9.4 Subscription Services: By using our services, you agree to receive promotional messages via SMS and email. If you wish to unsubscribe from SMS notifications, please contact us via email at support@crasher.mx. To unsubscribe from email notifications, you can click the "unsubscribe" button provided in the email. Please allow up to 3 days for the changes to take effect. Note that opting out of promotional messages does not affect transactional communications, such as account-related notifications and important updates.

10. Betting

10.1 When placing a bet, the amount of your own game will be determined, subject to the following:

10.1.1 You can bet up to the amount deposited in your account. We do not operate credit accounts. When a bet is placed and accepted the corresponding amount is debited from your deposit account. If the game for a bet contemplates only in part the amount deposited in your account, the bet will not be accepted;

10.1.2 There are restrictions on winnings set out in article 13 of these Terms and Conditions;

10.1.3 There are restrictions on betting set out in this article 10 of these Terms and Conditions;

10.1.4 In the event that you give instructions that we consider ambiguous we will have the right to divide the total stake amount between the possible outcomes or, if we consider this impractical, to treat the entire bet as void. In such circumstances our decisions will be final and binding on you and the stake amount will be the amount confirmed and recorded by us;

10.1.5 If you intend to place a bet that exceeds the maximum limits, the bet will be void.

10.2 If a bet is not placed in full or if details of the bet are missing, we may, at our discretion, consider that bet to be void.

10.3 Without prejudice to section 10.4, you may submit multiple copies of the same bet, in which case all bets will be considered separate bets. If you submit a series of bets (whether the same or different), they will be dealt with by us in the order in which they are received.

10.4 You must place your bets as an individual. We will have the right to reject and treat as void a series of identical bets from different Customers or where Customers are suspected of acting in collusion or as a syndicate we will have the right to refuse payment of any winnings.

10.5 Betting in which you are participating and whether you are participating for this purpose will be decided by us at our absolute discretion. In relation to bets placed in breach of this section 10.5, we have the right to refuse payment of any winnings and/or cancel the bet.

10.6 By placing a bet, you represent and warrant to us that you do not know or have any influence over and regarding the outcome of the bet. If the result is known, we can treat the bet as void.

10.7 We may, at any time, in our absolute discretion and without giving any reason or prior notice, suspend or cease betting on a market.

10.8 Customers are required to check the betting instructions for accuracy before confirming a bet. We reserve the right not to accept or to accept only part of any bet. We reserve the right to propose a different stake size or selection price on any bet.

10.9 At all times, where there is any disagreement as to the details of the bet our records will prevail.

10.10 Further information and conditions applicable to our products and services are set out in the Specific Regulations and we reserve the right to modify such information and conditions at any time.

11. Place a Bet

11.1 The procedure for selecting games, sporting events, results, odds, bet types by completing the betting slip is described in the Specific Regulations.

11.2 If a bet is declared invalid or void for the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the Specific Rules or the Website will be evaluated with a odds of 1.00. For individual bets, the game will be refunded with a chance of 1.00 to the account. For combined bets, the total odds on the combination of the bet will be recalculated with odds of 1.00 on the selection that has been declared void.

11.3 The deadline for forecasts in each case will be determined by us. Disputes over the timing of bet placement will be resolved by reference to our transaction log.

11.4 If during the period for the acceptance of bets, information becomes available that allows the outcome of the relevant event to be determined, we will have the right to set a new period for the acceptance of bets or to cancel the bet (such bets canceled to be evaluated with odds of 1.00.

11.5 Bets placed and accepted within the corresponding period may not be revoked or modified, except as expressly provided in these Terms and Conditions.

12. Bet and Valid Bets. Bonuses

12.1 A bet will be considered valid only after electronic confirmation of acceptance. Only then will it be stored on our server. This acceptance is demonstrated by the generation of an identification number.

12.2 We reserve the right to reject all or part of a bet offered to us, void any accepted bet and withhold settlement if we have reason to believe:

12.2.1 You are under 18 years of age;

12.2.2 You are involved in fraud, money laundering, collusion, match-fixing or cheating of any kind;

12.2.3 You are in a jurisdiction (or a citizen of a jurisdiction) that makes the provision of our products or services to you or your use of them illegal; either

12.2.4 a bet may constitute a breach of the governing rules of the relevant sport or event in question and jeopardize the integrity of the sport or event in question.

12.3 Where we have taken steps to place a bet for one of the reasons mentioned in section 12.2 as set out in these Terms and Conditions by another party, your actions leading to it will be considered a breach of these Terms and Conditions, and give right to us to terminate our relationship, with immediate effect. In such circumstances we may use the money we hold in your account in order to resolve any liability you may incur as a result of your actions.

12.4 The game is a fast moving environment, odds move quickly and bets will be placed on a continuous basis and therefore errors do occur from time to time. We do our best to avoid this, but we cannot accept responsibility for obvious errors or omissions in respect of the announcement, publication or marking of prices, the last closing of the markets, venue conditions, handicaps, brokers or results despite all our efforts to ensure complete accuracy. If a bet is accepted in error by us on a price or market condition, as set out above, i.e.:

12.4.1 Materially different from those available on the general market at the time the bet was made; either

12.4.2 So obviously incorrect given the relative probability of the event occurring at the time the bet was made; either

12.4.3 so obviously erroneous having regard to the nature of the betting business or market in question (including if we mistakenly accept a bet after the event in question has started unless it is a live bet), such bet will be deemed void.
